Coordinate the updating and operation of the Quality Management System, in accordance with ISO/IATF 16949, to ensure compliance with specific customer, internal, and other requirements, supporting the areas of Safety and Environment (ISO 14001, ISO 45001), as well as Ford Q1, CQI-8, and VDA certifications. CQI-29, and VDA.

Responsabilidades y deberes del trabajo

Prepare the annual program of internal audits, in accordance with defined processes, to comply with specific customer requirements and the ISO/IATF 16949 standard.

Coordinate activities prior to internal audits, in accordance with the provisions of the ISO/IATF 16949 standard, with the aim of drawing up the audit agenda.

Identify non-conformities, observations, and areas for improvement in the Quality Management System by compiling the checklists of internal auditors in order to prepare the audit report in accordance with ISO/IATF 16949.

Support the coordination and assistance during the execution of external audits, in accordance with the established audit agenda, with the aim of ensuring that auditors have objective evidence of compliance with the Quality Management System.

Generate and follow up on corrective and preventive actions derived from the audit, to ensure that effective and timely corrective or preventive actions are taken that lead to compliance and improvement of the Quality Management System.

Determine the status of internal audits and processes in order to prepare the report for management review.

Coordinate the updating of Quality Management System documentation due to internal changes (responsibilities and policies) and external changes (updates to standards, changes in customer requirements, and corporate changes), applying established procedures for dissemination and implementation by personnel in various areas of the plant.

Coordinate the activities of the Management Review Board as a requirement of the ISO/IATF 16949 Quality Management System.

Coordinate LPA process audits in accordance with the audit program, in order to identify possible deviations and generate immediate corrective actions.

Carry out activities aimed at the continuous improvement of the area, processes, and indicators, with the aim of collaborating with compliance and improving the area's results.

Comply with company safety regulations to prevent accidents and avoid unsafe acts and conditions.

Manage scrap in the plant for disposal, segregation, monitoring, and destruction.
