Production Supervisor

Finalidad del trabajo

Is responsible for directly coordinating manufacturing operations, managing their team, and controlling the final production output, while also supervising the staff under their charge. ISO 14001: He/She is responsible for implementing environmental procedures. He/She has full authority to stop the manufacturing process if the product's safety and quality system is compromised, as well as to enforce and ensure compliance with SAA requirements.

EMeet daily production goals.  
Check the attendance of operational staff.  
Review the start-up of the line equipment.  
Make sure all positions are filled in the different operations and that no materials are missing.  
Grant exit permissions.  
Authorize medical service permissions.  
Check material inventory for the production program.  
Supply tools and check production.  
Provide equipment and tools to operators.  
Check that the equipment is working according to standards.  
Ensure compliance with applicable safety and environmental systems.  
Coordinate production meetings and changes in production sheets.  
Review and analyze production rejection reports.
