Finalidad del trabajo

Supervise, coordinate, and ensure the proper functioning of plant equipment, facilities, and systems by planning and executing preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities. Ensure operational continuity, compliance with quality, efficiency, and safety standards, as well as the optimization of resources and costs. Lead the technical maintenance team by promoting continuous improvement, compliance with key indicators, and the implementation of projects that comply with applicable regulations, including ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and IATF 16949.

Responsabilidades y deberes del trabajo

Supervise, schedule, and coordinate preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance.

Implement maintenance strategies to reduce wear and tear and extend durability.

Ensure compliance with regulations and standards.

Supervise the correct execution of maintenance procedures aligned with regulations such as IATF 16949 and ISO 9001.

Implement and monitor safety protocols, conduct internal audits, and provide ongoing training on risk prevention issues.

Develop and implement continuous improvement projects focused on operational efficiency, cost reduction, and response times.

Monitor key indicators such as MTTR (Mean Time to Repair) and MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures).

Plan, control, and optimize costs associated with equipment and facility maintenance.

Manage the maintenance budget.

Reduce equipment downtime.

Promote continuous improvement of processes in the area.

Optimize the useful life of equipment and facilities.

Ensure the safety of employees in their work areas.
