Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle cross-functional CRs, prepare & archive change documents.
  • Resolve production process defects, organize cross-team RCA & CAPA.
  • Handle customer complaints, returns & audits, issue 8D reports and track improvements.
  • Complete other quality & change tasks assigned by Manager.
  • Protect the information assets of this position.
  • Other tasks assigned by manager.

Education and Qualifications

  • Associate degree or above with mechanical or related major.
  • Familiar with the IATF16949 requirement.
  • Good written English and communication skills
  • Word, Excel and PPT office tool requirement.
  • First time right thinking.
