Job Duties and Responsibilities
Customs affairs:
- Fully responsible for applying to customs for all imp & exp affairs, which including imported parts/equipment/exported finished goods…
- Coordinate suppliers and freight forwarders to complete logistics transportation, import and export customs declaration procedures, and ensure that customs declaration is accurate and in compliance with customs policies and regulations
- Handle all documents/Invoice related to imp & exp.
- Negotiation and resolution of various emergent problems in customs clearance business
- Customs system information maintenance and processing
- Participate in AEO certification and audit, customs policy and laws and regulations training
Customer service:
- Build shipment planning based on the sales order & sales forecast.
- Shipment scheduling, ensure customer OTD of overseas customers.
- Relative ERP system management.
- Customer EDI processing.
- Delivery Performance tracking.
- Other tasks by immediate boss.
Qualifications
- Education background college degree above;
- 5+ years working experience of imp & exp at least
- Rich experience of management of Bonded handbook will be preferred
- 3+ years working experience in MNC company is a must.
- Good relations with government customs will be preferred
- Fluent English in listening/reading/oral/written
- Strong ability of solving problem
- Strong sense of duty
- Hard working, Carefully, Proactive, Honest as well as good teamwork spirit
