Customer Service Specialist

Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Act as first point of customer contact for sales orders & delivery via customers’ EDI or e-mail
- Immediately enter all customer orders into ERP and confirm orders to customers with accurate delivery schedules
- Update shipment plan based on the sales order & sales forecast
- Ensure all orders shipped
- Maintain accurate delivery/logistics details on all orders
- Monitor the stock in 3PL and refresh shipment to reach the safety stock in 3PL
- Deal with all goods returns and notify warehouse to reship and inform the QA accordingly
- Set up new customers and new price in ERP
- Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to process and resolve customers’ delivery request
- Work with MP&L manager to improve sales forecasts accuracy, availability and to ensure on-time shipments via scheduling, prioritization of processes
- Make sure 100 % on time delivery commitment to customer
- Manage the customer’s returnable packaging and system.
- Support MP&L manager for related issue.
Education and Qualifications
- College degree and above will be preferred.
- Candidates with good experience in customer service function in a similar Manufacturing environment can also be considered.
- 3+ years working experience of customer service or similar functions in foreign venture
- Good English speaking and writing ability.
- Good computer ability
- Good communication skill
- Strong ability of solving problem
- Strong sense of duty
- Hard working, Patient, Proactive, Honest as well as good team work spirit
- Familiar with SAP
- Knowledge of Kanban/JIT will be preferred
