Job Purpose

DANA SAC SEA PT Distribution Center Singapore is looking for Customer Service Coordinator cum Purchaser to join our team . The individual will be responsible for full spectrum of  sales and purchasing activities . 

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage order receipts efficiently, prioritizing timely order processing and good customer interactions and relationships.
  • Supports the order to cash process with excellence in order processing.
  • Registers and processes customer orders in the system received via, electronic mail, phone or through other contact with the customer.
  • Ensures order processing is handled correct and in full and is transferred to the transporters (logistics). Raises issues in delivery and/or invoices process with Supervisor.
  • Acts as first level contact with customer for answers to questions and in attempting to resolve complaints.
  • Completes registering / filing / archiving of customer service-related documentation.
  • Assures cooperation between customer service regarding administration of customers’ orders.
  • Handle purchase order , good receive and other purchasing tasks
  • Providing ad-hoc general administrative support when assigned.

 

 

Qualification and Skills

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, in business studies /management equivalent.
  • 1-3 years’ work experience in customer services / order management/Logistics in distribution center
  • Good intercommunication skills and able to work independently.
  • Excellent negotiation and cost efficiency skills.
  • Strong sense of urgency responsibility and commitment on works
  • Able to adapt to fast-paced environment.
  • Able to start work immediately or within short notice.
