Associate Customer Service Representative

Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Act as first point of customer contact for sales orders & delivery via customers’ EDI or e-mail
- Immediately enter all customer orders into ERP and confirm orders to customers with accurate delivery schedules
- Update shipment plan based on the sales order & sales forecast
- Ensure all orders shipped Customer
- Maintain accurate delivery/logistics details on all orders
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce and Trade(or related majors) is preferred.
- Experience in Off-Highway Industry 5+years or above.
- Proficiency in MS Office(Excel/Word/PowerPoint etc.) and CRM, SAP and Microsoft Dynamics NAV experience is preferred.
- Global customer management experience is preferred. Proficient English in both writing and speaking is preferred.
