Position Summary
We’re looking for a Synchronizers & actuation systems architect in Rivoli (TO) LV system architect Team.
Main opportunities and challenges:
Opportunity to be part of the Design Team to develop new transmissions typologies for prestigious OEM, working in a dynamic and motivated team.

Main responsibilities
• Responsible of automotive synchronized selection and supplier management
• Responsible of actuation systems design (forks, barrel cams etc…)
• Responsible of components specifications in function of system target perfomences
Job Position Requirements
Education: University master degree - Mechanical
Professional background
• Min. 5 years in mechatronics Companies
• Mechanical or Automotive degree and / or university experience
Hard skills
Essential:
• Min. 5 years in Automotive Companies
• Mechanical degree and / or university experience
• Experience in actuation system design and manufacturing processes
• Experience IN CAD design ( Creo, NX)
• Experience in CAE simulations
Considered as a plus:
• Knowledge of automotive transmission hydraulic circuits ( AMT. DCT, others)
• Knowledge of automotive actuation systems
Soft skills
• Stakeholder management
• Ability to communicate and effectively
• Sound analytical and organizational skills with ability to prioritise effectively
• Forward-thinking and results-driven
• Able to work under pressure
