Position Summary

 

We’re looking for a Sales Account Manager in charge of some major accounts, in Rivoli (TO).

 

Main opportunities and challenges: 

Ensure the development and commercial management of assigned clients in compliance with the company's revenue and margin objectives.

 

Main Responsibilities

-Manage sales activities with assigned accounts and prospects located in Europe

-Estabilish selling prices in cooperation with the Sales leadership and in accordance with the internal approval process

-Explore and identify business opportunities and build good relationship and intimacy at all levels inside the customer 

-Generate RFQ's, deeply discussing with customer Engineering, prepare the quotation, negotiate price, get the purchase order, discuss and negotiate LTA's

-Work with the other company's function to achieve the sales targets and customer satisfaction

-Prepare and revise sales budget, forecast and long term planning, define the achievable area business plan, set the action plan and a mitigation plan when necessary

Job Position Requirements

 

Education: University master degree - Mechanical Engineering or equivalent

 

Professional background

At least 3 years of experience in Sales with international customers as Tier1 or 2 supplier.

Preferred 1-3 years of background in Engineering or Manufacturing or Quality in structured companies supplying Mechanical components to OEMs

 

Hard skills

Essential:

  • Fluent English,
  • Knowledge of a second language (French or German)
  • Excellent relationship management

  • Basics of project management
  • Available to travel abroad
  • Microsoft Office Package skills
  • Sense of urgency and business acumen

 

Considered as a plus:

  • Fluent German
  • Experience or direct knowledge of drivelines / transmissions / axles product development life cycle
