Prototype Production Planner

Position Summary
Reporting to the local LV Engineering Manager the candidate will be responsible to manage the overall scheduling of the prototypes assembly and deliveries for the various projects according to customer requests.

Main Responsibilities
In coordination with the various Testing Engineers and Engineering Program Managers he will be responsible to:
Plan production activities.
Monitor the progress of production compared to what was previously planned.
Supervise production processes, identifying any critical issues and acting promptly.
Optimize production, identifying solutions capable of reducing purchasing and production costs and the level of fixed capital.
Ensure compliance with established delivery dates.
Check the availability of materials based on forecasts and sales orders and monitor with logistic engineer and supplier quality engineer warehouse component stocks
Job Requirements
Education: Mechatronics, Mechanics, Electronics, Aerospace
Professional Background:
Strong background in the role coming from at least 5 year experience acquired in production or prototype automotive plants
Hard Skills
Essential:
Knowledge of assembly processes of mechanical transmission. MS Office suite, MS Project, English proficient
Soft Skills:
Leadership skills , Effective communication, Teamwork, Agile approach and methodology, Dependability, Adaptability, Conflict resolution, Flexibility, Problem-solving, Self-development
