Position Summary
We’re looking for a Customs & Logistics for Export Sales in Reggio Emilia Location.
Main responsibilities
- Manage all customs documentations Extra-cee to Subsidiaries and Direct Customers (also issue of courier’s AWB), enabling the achievement of monthly turnover targets for DMSI with related Archive;
- Fill Origin Certification and asks for issuing of Italian chamber of commerce;
- Manage of Credit Letter or other documentation required by directs customer;
- Management of triangular operations and Issues of related documentation
Job Position Requirements
Education: University master degree - International languages/Economy or similar
Professional background
2 years of experience in the same or similar role related to customs documents and strong motivation to learn quickly
Hard skills
Essential:
English
Following procedures and process
Ability to communicate with customers and forwarders
Accuracy in each steps activities
Change Management / Result oriented
Considered as a plus:
Open mind to manage change
Others languages: German, Chinese etc..
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Advanced excel - preferred) + Sap
