Position Summary

We’re looking for a Customer Quality Enginee in Reggio Emilia  Location.

This role involves managing customer complaints, delivering product excellence and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Collaboration with cross-functional teams across the Organization will be part of your daily tasks to ensure tailored, fact-based, and timely responses.

 

Main Responsibilities

  • Management of customer quality claims through 8D report and risk assessment with particular focus on widespread availability of fool & error proof devices
  • Evaluation and validation of corrective/preventive actions and ensure the relevant standardization
  • Monitoring customer IPM ( Incident per million) and PPM ( Parts per million) focusing on criticities and defining a crash plan to reduce them and maintain high level of trust from customers

Job position requirements

Education: University bachelor degree

Degrees Required in “Engineering ”                 

 Degrees preferred “Mechanical Engineering”

Professional background

 •             At least two years of experience in a similar role

•             Background in medium-structured industrial contexts (preferably mechanics or hydraulics)

•             Automotive is a plus (not mandatory)

Hard skills

Essential:         

•             Fluent in spoken and written English

•             Skilled to use Microsoft Office suite, SAP, Minitab

•             Quality tools (8D, SPC, PPAP, Kaizen, Problem solving, …)

•             Team Working

Considered as a plus: 

•             French/german language

•             Knowledge IATF16949 standard
