Job Purpose
Manage the necessary resources to integrate new projects in a timely and effective manner, collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to add value to production and administrative processes in order to improve the product's conversion cost
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with customer requirements
- Improve and maintain productivity, reliability, and cost efficiency across operational lines
- Implement investment plans that increase business profitability by entering new markets and/or improving processes
- Ensure that tooling meets its expected service life
- Manage the implementation of CAPEX projects at the plant
Education and Qualifications
Education: Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related
Experience: 4–5 years of experience in the automotive industry and production processes, and 2 years in administrative project management, machinery relocation, new project launches, engineering changes, and new product development.
