Job Purpose
Foster a culture of continuous improvement in plant operations and processes through training on the DOS system, material flow management, and standardized work; by implementing projects that help eliminate waste in processes; and by launching cost-saving initiatives that support compliance with conversion costs
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Plant Layout Management
- Implement improvements and adjustments to the material flow
- Ensure standardized work practices in operations
- Manage the plant's AVIX system
- Comply with safety, health, and environmental regulations
Education and Qualifications
Skills and Competencies
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing tools
- Knowledge of production and manufacturing processes
- Problem-solving tools
- Knowledge of ergonomics
- IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards
- Knowledge of standardized work
- Knowledge of design software (AutoCAD)
