Long Description

The Senior Finance Manager Finance will play a critical role in shaping the financial strategy and ensuring the financial health of the organization. This position requires a high level of expertise in financial planning, analysis, reporting, and compliance, along with strong leadership skills to manage and guide the finance team.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA, CS, CMS preferred.
• Minimum of 17 years of experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.
• Proficiency in financial software and systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.

1. Financial Strategy: Develop and implement long-term financial strategies.
2. FP&A: Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
3. Financial Reporting: Ensure compliance with IGAAP, Ind AS, IFRS, and US GAAP.
4. Internal Controls: Maintain robust financial and internal control systems.
5. Budgeting and Forecasting: Oversee processes and monitor performance.
6. Variance Analysis: Identify and address discrepancies.
7. Treasury and Forex Management: Manage cash, investments, and currency risk.
8. Cash Flow Management: Optimize liquidity and working capital.
9. Corporate Finance: Lead M&A, capital raising, and restructuring.
10. Accounting: Oversee plant/manufacturing and corporate accounting.
11. Compliance: Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance.
12. Taxation: Manage direct and indirect tax compliance.
13. Export-Import: Oversee documentation and compliance.
14. Due Diligence: Conduct financial and tax due diligence.
15. Product Costing: Develop costing models and pricing strategies.
16. Cost Control: Implement cost reduction measures.
17. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks.
18. Investment Appraisal: Evaluate investment proposals.
19. CapEx and OpEx: Manage budgets and monitor performance.
20. System Implementation: Lead financial system implementations and MIS reporting.
