Job Duties and Responsibilities

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR MAINTENACE ENGINEER (MECHANICAL)
QUALIFICATION: DME OR BE MECHANICAL
WORK EXPERIENCE: 8-10 YEARS IN MAINTENANCE IN ENGINNERING OR AUTOMATIVE INDUSTRY, WORKING KNLOWLEDGE OF UTILITY EQUIPMENTS, HYDRAULIC AND PNEUMATIC SYSTEMS.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Hydraulic circuit reading and repair of Hydraulic components and arranging material for repair and
upkeep of Hydraulic Equipment’s including hydraulic power pack.
2. Preventive maintenance of All Hydraulic actuators, Dynamometers, Cooling tower, AHU, Chillers,
Cooling tower, Compressor, Utility equipment’s, Cutting machines, Vertical storage, EOT Cranes
etc.
3. Knowledge of Factory Act, CGWA compliance, Statutory Compliance of all Pressure vessels and
lifting equipment’s.
4. Maintenance of Fire Fighting Equipment’s and installations including firefighting system
modifications.
5. Operation and Maintenance knowledge of STP, ETP and RO plant and knowledge of pumps
pumping system.
6. Experience in repair of Material handling equipment, scissor lifts, Boom barriers and rolling
shutters etc.
7. Preparation of checklist for AMC services and scheduling and planning activity related to AMC
services.
8. Spare parts planning for all equipment’s and maintaining inventory for consumables.
9. Maintaining Equipment history and planning upgradation scope and execution for old
equipment.
10. Familiar with Auto CAD and able to build required spare part drawing in AUTOCAD.
11. Knowledge of safety standards, HIRA, ISO 45001, IATF 16949, Energy Conservation, 5S,
Sustainability projects
12. Experience in MPCB Monitoring of Hazardous waste, Consent Management, Environmental
Monitoring, Water Management.
13. Experience in Building Maintenance system handling and Fire Alarm system maintenance.
14. Strong knowledge of trouble shooting and knowledge of Root Cause Analysis, Corrective and
Preventive actions for closure of breakdown.
15. Work experience in Continuous Improvement Project planning and execution activities.
16. Scope of work Preparation of AMC and other project work and execution of AMC contract.
