Job Duties and Responsibilities

Position: FEA Engineer

Job Location: Pune

Educational Qualifications

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical/Automobile engineering or equivalent

Minimum years of experience
3-4 years of relevant experience in FEA of structural & vibration analysis

Nature of experience
Automotive/Electric Vehicle Domain

Skills Required:
•Strong CAE/FEA fundamentals
•Good knowledge in FE preprocessing and analysis softwares like Abaqus, FE-Safe, Hypermesh, SimLab or equivalent.
•Knowledge of any optimization tools like Tosca, Isight, OptiStruct will be added advantage.
•Good communication & interpersonal skills
•Good Team Player, Positive Attitude and Disciplined
•Experience of working in automotive sector. Experience of Engine and EV products simulations will be of added advantage.

Job Description / Responsibilities
•Create the FEA models as per standard guidelines.
•Perform structural and vibration analysis of component, sub-system and assembly.
•Perform correlation analysis with field/experimental data.
•Create good quality reports that can be easily interpreted.
•Evaluate the analysis performance vs. targets.
•Use engineering techniques, hand calculations, etc.
•Take ownership for quality work and timely defect free deliveries.
•Strive for continuous improvements
