Job Purpose

THE PRICING AND MASTER DATA ANALYST ensures timely, accurate and compliant service delivery for Pricing and Master Data transactions in accordance with performance and quality standards defined in relevant service level agreements.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day Pricing operations by developing and implementing pricing strategies; collaborating with Sales, Engineering, Global Product Planning team and other internal partners whilst ensuring timely escalation of late pricing contract approvals
• Actively participate in external customers‘ interactions during regular price update process
• Research and resolve unadjusted debits/credits related to customer pricing disputes
• Calculate month end pricing accruals for late pricing adjustments
• Request, support and have general understanding on functioning and maintenance of customer master data in ERPs (SAP, Oracle)
• Ensure relevant controls and best practices are intact for the Pricing & Master Data processes
• Contribute to the continuous maintenance and the update of Pricing & Master Data process activities and procedures
• Support team members to achieve performance and quality standards as defined in relevant service level agreements
• Assists the implementation of initiatives for improving the efficiency and/or effectiveness of the Pricing & Master Data processes

Job Requirements

• Business proficient English
• Excellent analytical and conceptual abilities with a structured approach towards problem solving
• High proficiency in Excel and other MS Office tools
• Flexibility to adapt to changes or innovations of processes, new markets and changing requirements
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with strong communication and presentation skills

• A degree in Finance, Economics, Data Analytics or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, audit or other finance-related areas
• Work experience with ERPs and other IT tools

Salary starting from 24 000 EUR gross yearly
