Position Overview
Dana Canada Corporation’s Mount Forest facility is seeking Production Team Members to join our team. In this role, you will support the manufacturing of thermal products used in engine oil cooling, transmission cooling, charged air cooling, and active warm-up applications.
Shift & Compensation
- Shift: Night Shift (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
- Wage: $21.00/hour
- Shift Premium: $0.55/hour
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble and manufacture thermal components according to specifications
- Perform visual inspections to ensure product quality standards are met
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures at all times
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Work efficiently in a team-oriented production setting
- Perform repetitive tasks with accuracy and consistency
Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing or production experience considered an asset
- Strong attention to detail and quality-focused mindset
- Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
- Positive attitude with strong reliability and attendance
Working Conditions
- Continuous standing and walking
- Repetitive tasks and motions
- Frequent use of hands and fine motor skills
- Lifting between 5–15 lbs (occasionally continuous)
