Job Purpose

Direct, coordinate and control the operations, Human Resources and productive and non-productive materials of the Monterrey plant, based on customer requirements, quality systems and the strategic plan of the business, developing a culture oriented to continuous improvement, safety, quality and productivity, in order to comply with quality,  quantity and timeliness with the customer's product commitments.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Participate together with the team of Managers in the elaboration of the Strategic Business Plan and the production plans, based on the requirements of the client, in order to meet these requirements in quality and timeliness.

Directing and controlling the operational logistics of the plant and assembly work in order to ensure the correct and timely preparation and delivery of products to customers.

Direct and control the operation of the quality system to foresee product deviations and corrections against customer specifications and avoid waste, complaints, warranties and product cost overruns.

Ensure that costs are kept within the limits established in the strategic business plan in order to preserve and improve the profitability of the operation.

Generate a culture of continuous improvement, quality and teamwork among the staff in order to achieve a pleasant work environment and avoid labor conflicts.

Promote effective leadership among the various managers of the plant, developing an environment of honesty and trust that favors communication and teamwork in order to achieve the objectives established in the company.

Ensure shipment and delivery of finished products in time and sequence to meet customer requirements.
