Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Plant Controller role in a multinational company
- Familiar with Maquiladora scheme organization in Mexico
- Strong attention to details and analytic skills, ability to work with high degree of accuracy.
- Excellent ability to synthetize the details into the “global picture”.
- Proven problem-solving skills, hands-on, and ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills and leadership to work with people at all levels within and outside Dana in a professional manner and the ability to work in a team and matrix environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated computer proficiency using Microsoft Office applications; SAP and Hyperion experience preferred.
- Having already participated to an ERP implementation or a Plant start up will be definitely appreciated

- Bachelor degree in Business - Accounting or Finance
- Spanish and English fluent are both mandatory
