Job Purpose
Responsibly operate the process station to which it has been assigned to meet the quality requirements in the manufacture of products for our customers, complying with the objectives of Safety, production and performance, and always seeking the continuous improvement of its operation and its functions. Knowledge of ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO/IATF-16949:2016 standards.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Comply with the safety guidelines and standards established in your work area and specific measures within your operation.
Permanently comply with work schedules (entrances, dining room, bathroom, work groups, exit, etc.) and maintain constant operational discipline. Carry out the procedures outlined in your operation and inspection sheet on a daily basis.
The operator must comply with the Standardized Work instructions, with the completion of his control plan and complete the required documentation and records in accordance with the procedures established in the operation where he performs his work.
Properly use the escalation plan to alert of problems in the equipment and/or in the quality of the products to try to avoid the stoppage of the production lines.
