Manufacturing Engineer

Job Purpose

Improve efficiency, productivity, and quality in manufacturing processes by applying engineering principles to design, implement, and optimize production systems. Their role is key to reducing operating costs, increasing production capacity, and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards, guaranteeing that products are delivered on time and in accordance with customer specifications.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Optimize production processes, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and quality; analyze and improve manufacturing processes to reduce costs and production times.

Design, implement, and improve manufacturing systems; implement technological and engineering solutions to improve operational efficiency.

Manage resources to ensure timely delivery of products. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and optimize production processes.

Ensure that processes comply with safety, quality, and environmental standards, and guarantee that processes comply with safety, quality, and environmental regulations.

Monitor the performance of manufacturing systems and propose improvements, monitor the performance of manufacturing systems, identifying areas of opportunity and proposing improvements.

Train staff, train production staff in new manufacturing methodologies and technologies.

Education and Qualifications

Preferred degree in: Electronics and/or Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
