Job Purpose

Generate strategies and coordinate the activities of Personnel Development at all levels of the company in accordance with the requirements and needs of the various areas, systems and government regulations, to ensure that the personnel have the competence to perform their functions in order to meet internal, customer, corporate and ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 requirements.
 

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Ensure training plans and programs are in place.
Implement the organization's development strategies at the plant level. Manage agreements with technical schools and universities to implement student development projects.
Ensure all employees are aware of, have the knowledge and skills to comply with policies, processes, and procedures.
Implement commitment initiatives regarding training, training hours, career paths, and succession plans.
Report on and analyze training progress and training hours, and implement measures to meet objectives.
Facilitate employee development programs and ensure the implementation of the training strategy.
Manage the onboarding process for new employees and contractors.
Manage the budget for training and students. Set objectives, conduct performance evaluations, 360° feedback, and LTR (Lead to Return to Work).
Coordinate personnel selection. Coordinate the selection of suppliers for key positions.
Support the coordination of company-family events and cultural and sporting activities.

Education and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Pedagogy, or related field.
