Job Purpose

El objetivo de la posición de Customer Service Scheduler es coordinar y gestionar la programación de servicios para los clientes, asegurando una comunicación eficiente entre el equipo de atención al cliente y los departamentos operativos. Su rol implica optimizar los tiempos de respuesta, asignar recursos adecuadamente y garantizar una experiencia satisfactoria para el cliente mediante una planificación efectiva.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Actualizar y dar mantenimiento en el sistema los requerimientos de clientes semanalmente.

Revisar y corregir las variaciones que se encuentren en sistema contra requerimientos de los clientes.

Verificar los parámetros de planeación para asegurar el correcto requerimiento de materia prima.

Conciliar con el Programador de Producción y Embarques el plan de embarques a compartir con clientes.

Monitorear y priorizar diariamente los retrasos con clientes.

Definir, junto con el Programador de producción y Embarques el calendario de embarques a compartir con el área de logística
