Job Purpose

Capture and disseminate the needs of the Clients through close contact with each one of them so that they are transformed into internal requirements, attended with quality and opportunity to achieve the satisfaction of the Client.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Ensure Customer Satisfaction

 Communicate customer requirements to the entire organization

Coordinate activities related to the fulfillment of Client requirements

Keep the Client informed about the status of their requirements.

Carry out activities aimed at continuous improvement.

Implement processes and indicators to meet and improve the department's results.

Review Customers' systems on a daily basis to ensure production needs and process requirements are met.

Analyze customer demand.
