Job Purpose

The intern will work directly with the HR I.T. Team and business stakeholders in support of Global HR and Corporate Communications initiatives. 

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Responsibilities: 

  • Working in partnership with IT mentors and business stakeholders the intern will support the development and implementation of HR and Corporate Communications solutions and processes to support business strategy. 
  • The intern may also assist in projects to improve processes within the HR IT team. 
  • Intern’s primary focus will be to assist with Corporate Communications website consolidation and HR Time and Attendance replacement projects.
  • Students will be assigned to a specific project or enhancement and should be enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program focusing on computer science, information technology, information systems, software engineering, and/or business.   

Requirements:

•    Proficient with Microsoft Office software with the ability to learn and build computer proficiency using Microsoft Excel and Word;
•    Strong attention to detail and ability to work with high degree of accuracy;
•    Ability to work in a team environment;
•    Proven problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines;
•    Strong interpersonal skills to work with people at all levels within and outside the organization in a professional manner;
•    Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills;
•    Uncompromising judgment towards confidentiality and business ethics;
•    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
•    Minimum 3.0 GPA
