Position Summary
We are looking for a High Performance Aftermarket Sales Coordinator in Luserna San Giovanni (TO).
Within Dana Performance Transmissions Aftermarket High Performance Division, the function ensures the achievement of Sales and Customer Satisfaction objectives by leading new application programs (kit cars / restomode, etc.) and manages RFQs from automotive OESs. The function daily interfaces with all other departments/functions to proactively monitor and expedite orders fulfillment.
Further to the Dana Performance Transmissions role, the function coordinates the EMEA LV aftermarket OES sales reporting at all entities.
Main Opportunities and Challenges
Opportunities:
- EMEA level coordination of LV aftermarket activities
- Involvement in global LV Aftermarket MOR (Monthly Operating Review) process
- Developing overseas opportunities for the Graziano product line (North America, Asia Pacific)
Challenges:
- Involvement in cross departmental specifics (Logistics, Engineering, Material Planning, Supply Chain) and managing the complexity
Main Responsibilities
- Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Aftermarket Sales EMEA LV/CV, he/she defines Sales targets and supports regular revision monitoring main trends and challenges impacting the forecasts.
- Manages RFQs from major OESs on both serial production and phase-out complete units or components.
- Leads the coordination and execution of special projects related to phase-out transmissions being implemented into kit-cars or restomode.
- Works closely with Engineering to define the application and product specifications.
- Works with Purchasing and Logistics to analyze feasibility and availability.
- Manage quotations and ensure fulfillment of orders.
- In cooperation with OE sales team, monitoring serial production phase-out process and ensure flawless transition to AFM including proposal for last time buys or new pricing.
- Support Global Dana Aftermarket organization to develop High Performance product segment ensuring technical and administrative support to non-EMEA regions (North America, Asia Pacific, etc.).
- Ensure consistency to Dana Incorporated Ethics and Safety Governance
Job Position Requirements
Education:
- University bachelor’s degree - Engineering (Mechanical - as a preferential requirement)
Professional Background:
- At least 3 years of experience in automotive aftermarket/aftersales business
- Background in managing sales for drivetrain products is an advantage
- Proven experience of coordination of relaunch of complex components phase-out
- Management of quotation with accountability on marginality
Hard Skills
Essential:
- Fluent in reading technical drawings
- Able to coordinate technical projects
- Fluent English & Italian both in written and spoken
- Fluency with MS Office package especially Excel and PowerPoint
