Job Purpose

We are looking for a Customer Quality Engineer for our Luserna San Giovanni (TO) location.
The candidate will act as main interface with the customer ensuring continous support to manage product quality issues in plant and at customer premises if needed.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

•    Represent customer interface in the quality non-conformity management
•    Represent customer interface during the PPAP process of new products and manage product/process modification on current products until final customer approval is released
•    Represent customer interface during Process Audits in the production plants
•    Manage quality non-conformities according to customer specific requirements, ensuring to meet required timing
•    Collect in a systematic way the quality non-conformities both coming from assembly lines and from the    customer
•    Contribute to define, in collaboration with other functions, corrective and preventive actions needed to eliminate non-conformities
•    Manage the corrective and preventive actions implementation, by monitoring their efficacy
•    Monitor the product performance (scrap %) to highlight main issues to the other functions in order to support the resolution
•    Ensure the correct implementation of Quality System procedures in agreement with IATF standard
•    Warranty and 0-km KPI and costs management

Education and Qualifications

Education:    
University bachelor degree, Mechanical Engineering

The candidate needs to have a good Quality background in structured automotive company (at least 5 years) working as Customer Quality Engineer  

Skills and Competencies

Essential:    
•    Quality tools background (APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, Control Plan, Problem Solving)
•    Able to read complex drawings and to understand measurements reports
•    Fluent English (both spoken and written)
•    MS Office 365 package good knowledge (Outlook, Excel, Power Point, Copilot)
Considered as a plus:    
•    Mechanical systems knowledge
•    MySQL and PowerBI good knowledge
•    SAP knowledge
Soft skills:
•    Good communication skills
•    Ability to work with different Teams
•    Hard working, able to work in stressful condition
