The Role

 

Reporting into the Sales Manager - CV your responsibilities include:

  • Responsible for  VIC, SA & WA territory, in conjunction with Sales Manager – OE execute the strategic direction of the Australian OE, OES & sales business in line with Dana’s strategic business plan
  • Working closely with CV and OE sales organisation to foster and grow customer base
  • Carry out regular visitations to customer premises and manage relationships at Dealer level to identify new sales opportunities
  • Support CV and OE Dealerships & Fleets with advice on specification to meet applications as a trusted advisor
  • Assist in the development of sales initiatives with AM, CV OEM and OES partners
  • Participate in the development of strategic plans for new product launches

Duties and Responsibilities

 

The successful candidate will possess the following attributes:

  • Demonstrated sales experience, preferably in commercial vehicle business
  • Minimum 3 years Business Development B to B and B to C and Account Management experience in related field
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate clearly and concisely
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external customers
  • Demonstrated time management and organisational skills
  • Reliable, trustworthy and hardworking disposition
  • Ability to work autonomously and also within a team
