Spare Parts Pricing Analyst

Job Purpose
To analyze, develop, and maintain competitive and profitable pricing strategies for spare parts, ensuring alignment with market trends, business goals, and customer value perception.
Job Responsibilities and Required Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:
- Support price list creation, updates, and communication to internal teams and partners.
- Analyze spare parts pricing performance, margins, and competitiveness across markets and product lines.
- Monitor and evaluate competitor pricing, market trends, and cost structures.
- Define and implement pricing models and strategies (e.g., cost-plus, value-based, market-driven).
- Work closely with Sales, Product Management, and Supply Chain to align pricing decisions with business goals.
- Monitor price elasticity and customer behavior to optimize profitability and competitiveness.
- Maintain and improve pricing tools, data quality, and reporting dashboards.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and revenue improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
- Degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
- 2+ years in data analysis, pricing on aftermarket parts business would be a plus.
- Strong Excel skills; experience with ERP and pricing tools (SAP, Syncron, Oracle, Vendavo, PROS, etc.).
- Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and business acumen.
- Good communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Fluent in English
