Job Duties and Responsibilities
TASKS:
- Monitor equipment installation/process alignment to specifications
- Support root-cause analysis for defects and scrap reduction
- Verify documentation meets customer audit standards
- Coordinate technical support for urgent issues
- Track capacity expansion progress against the seven-week deadline, maintenance plan execution
- Ensure validation protocols align with Dana’s requirements, acting as a bridge for rapid issue resolution.
Expectations:
- University degree in Mechanical , Electronical or Mechatronic Engineering
- 3-5 years relevant experience on similar field
- Knowledge of quality area
- Supplier development experience
- Superior communication skills, self-starter and results-orientated personality
- Hands-on capability with good knowledge of manufacturing
- Good knowledge in machine and tooling acceptance protocols
- Good project management skills
- Strong background in interpretation of Engineering drawings/specifications, and manufacturing process planning/evaluation
- Strong analytical, problem solving and inter-personal skills
- Fluency in English and German
- Acceptance of temporary employment with 6 months
