RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for managing the Győr OH-CV Aftermarket separation project and building up and lead the new Győr
CV Aftermarket organization and business processes
• Manage CV Aftermarket Center operations to meet profit and working capital goals, to ensure achievement of cost,
productivity, accuracy or timeliness objectives
• Cooperate with and monitor performance of potential logistics service providers to achieve business expectations
• Ensures business objectives are understood by all levels of staff
• Establishes profit and operational objectives for the plant in conjunction with the approval of the European
Aftermarket Operations Lead
• Sets Quality, Financial, Material Management, Customer Service, Operations and Human Resources improvement
targets, garnering required resources for implementation plans, to ensure services and teams are coordinated and
implementation is progressing efficiently
• Develop process improvements, cost reduction programs or innovations designed to improve operations, increase
profits or reduce costs
• Maintain/revise policies/procedures or practices consistent with Division policies and operating practices to improve
plant operations, quality, communications or performance
• Supervises direct reports - so the plant meets or exceeds Dana Corporate, division and plant targets for businessfinancial
measures, customer service, quality, environmental and occupational health & safety, supplier
management, and human resources utilization
• Motivate and supervise a workforce of all the employees, including employee selection process, development of
roles and responsibilities
• Deploy plant processes and systems to ensure benchmark Aftermarket Center achieved
• Support all the activities required to preserve the integrity and the compliance of the activities according to the
Hungarian laws and Sarbanes-Oxley Act.
• Take all the short-term decisions to guarantee the safety of all the employees and to protect Dana interests in case
of Emergency Situation
• Establish the daily reporting, KPI, weekly forecast, monthly reporting and support annual AOP planning procedures.

REQUIREMENTS

• College or university degree
• 3-5 years of progressively responsible leadership experience in logistics & Aftermarket, superior communication skills,
self-starter and result-orientated personality
• Fluent in business English
