EV Logistics Coordinator

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answer EV customer incoming calls/chat/emails
- Enters orders into ERP system
- Responds to price, availability & basic technical inquiries. Support properly designed technical specifications towards customers.
- Upsell placing orders of danaaftermarket.com and use of our portals.
- Coordinates shortage, overage, damage claims and returns
- Coordinate technical related claims with cooperation of the relevant engineering team
- Works with sales, accounting and product management to resolve debits, credits, and warranty related issues
- Schedules and executes shipments in cooperation with logistics, customers and forwarders
- Handles document requests and export documentation
- Maintain customer service related master data
- Participates on occasional EV related projects upon need;
- Cooperate with the related operational teams to supply the highest standard of customer reaction
EXPECTATIONS, SKILLS NEEDED
- Advanced English, German language is a plus.
- Minimum Education (Profession / Specialty): Bachelor's degree in Engineering & or Administration
- Basic electrified engineering knowledge, willingness to acquire electrified technical details
- Required Experience (Years and Areas): Minimum of 3 years in customer service and/or engineering
- Analysis and solution of problems and decision making
- Conflict management and resolution
- High customer focus
- Experience with CRM Sales Force system or SAP as a plus.
