Job Duties and Responsibilities
Tasks:
- Active participation in the development of production equipment during the introduction of new products and manufacturing processes;
- Operation, development, and maintenance of robotic cells and PLC-controlled semi- and fully-automated production equipment;
- Automation of existing processes;
- Operation and maintenance of presses, screwdrivers, and other servo-controlled actuators;
- Software management: regular backups, upgrades, and firmware updates from manufacturers;
- Efficiency improvement, reliability enhancement, development of MTBF and MTTR KPIs;
- Development of MES systems, AI-based data analysis, and support for predictive maintenance;
- Management and maintenance of TPM documentation;
- Continuous professional development of the maintenance department, monitoring progress, and conducting examinations
Expectations:
- University degree in electrical engineering or 5 years of relevant experience as a PLC programmer;
- Knowledge of automotive industry processes;
- Experience with Rexroth and Fanuc drives, Siemens S7 PLCs, pneumatics, and industrial electronics;
- Ability to read and understand electrical technical drawings;
- Active English communication skills, both spoken and written;
- Ability to work independently and perform tasks precisely
