Job Purpose
Carry out the verification and certification of welding and metallurgical processes for manufacturing processes complying with the standards specified by Corporate Clients (SHAES) and International standards. Ensure that the documents found within the quality management system comply with the requirements of ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO/IATF-16949:2016 and the specific requirements of the clients.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Carry out the validation and certification of the set-up of each of the manufacturing equipment involved in the welding and/or metallurgical processes.
- Make a detailed report of each of the tests performed.
- Maintain and clean the machinery used to perform welding and metallurgical tests.
- Provide daily service to the production lines (sleeves and assembly) when any validation or extraordinary test is required (prototypes and new products) when required.
