Job Purpose
The Operations Manager oversees all aspects of manufacturing operations, including production, quality, maintenance, and logistics, to ensure efficient and cost-effective performance. This role drives strategic initiatives, manages resources, and fosters a culture of continuous improvement.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead and manage production, maintenance, and support teams to meet operational goals.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, quality, and safety.
- Monitor KPIs and drive corrective actions for underperformance.
- Collaborate with senior leadership on planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, environmental, and company standards.
Education and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of applicable experience
- 10+ years of experience
