Job Purpose
Manage and coordinate the department's human, technical, and financial resources, reliability, and safe operation of the plant. Ensure the continuous supply of utilities (energy, water, compressed air, industrial gases), as well as the optimal condition of the facilities, building, accesses and critical equipment. Ensure compliance with government permits, safety, environmental and corporate standards. In order to ensure that it complies with internal, client, corporate and IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 requirements.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Guarantee the availability of machines, equipment and facilities through the correct execution of preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance.
- Manage plant utilities (electric power, water, compressed air, natural gas, industrial gases) ensuring their measurement, control, supply and continuity.
- Supervise the maintenance of infrastructure, including buildings, roofs, green areas, lighting, access ramps and roads.
- Ensure compliance with government permits related to STPS, Civil Protection, water use, waste, emissions, electrical installations and pressure.
- Coordinate contractors and suppliers, verifying scope, times, costs and compliance with safety standards.
- Comply with management systems: ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and IATF 16949 in matters applicable to the maintenance area.
