Job Purpose
Carry out the correct billing process for daily shipments scheduled by Customer Service personnel and follow up so that these are completed on time, and you must also follow up on the activities of the shipping area.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Carry out inventory of loaded and empty boxes in the shipping yard.
- Carry out inventory of racks in the yard, online and pass the information to planning and customer service electronically.
- Send correct information to customs agents and clients electronically.
- Control and capture of rack entry and exit.
- Know the process of loading boxes for clients (compliance with shipping programs)
- Maintain order and cleanliness in the finished product warehouse (Shipping Office and YAPT warehouse support)
- Report when the finished product area is full of released axles and special material.
- You must carry out an inventory of component materials once a week and report those that are more than 3 days old to request their return.
- Participate in start-of-shift meetings to communicate with the team.
- Be accredited in the plant's CTPA-T program. Mandatory standard for material shipments to the USA.
- Comply with TS16949/ISO14001 procedures.
