Job Purpose
Provide operational and validation support on the floor to the production lines and the Customer Service team, ensuring the correct flow of materials, identifying and unblocking bottlenecks in the internal logistics process, and executing basic administrative support tasks in simple accounts, always under the supervision and approval of the analyst, coordination or management.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Physically monitor the status of customer orders and production progress to ensure alignment between schedule and actual.
- Detect logistical incidents or delays in the flow of materials on the floor and coordinate immediately with the operations to speed up the process.
- Support in logistical monitoring, very low complexity accounts
- Serve as an operational liaison between the Customer Service team and the floor staff to expedite responses on shipment status.
- Collect basic floor data to feed control tools and report any deviations immediately to their superiors for decision-making.
- Carry out activities aimed at the continuous improvement of the area, processes and indicators, in order to collaborate with the compliance and improvement of the department's results.
