Job Purpose
The Continuous Improvement Analyst supports operational excellence by identifying, analyzing, and implementing process improvements across manufacturing operations. This role uses data-driven methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and root cause analysis to drive efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance product quality. The analyst collaborates with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Collect and interpret production, quality, and efficiency data to uncover trends and areas for improvement.
- Lead or support Kaizen events, process mapping, and improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma tools.
- Create dashboards and reports to track KPIs and measure the impact of improvement efforts.
- Work with production, engineering, quality, and leadership teams to implement and sustain process changes.
- Maintain accurate records of improvement activities, process changes, and standard work documentation.
Education and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of applicable experience

Skills
- Strong ability to analyze data, identify root causes, and develop actionable solutions.
- Familiarity with continuous improvement tools and techniques, including value stream mapping, 5S, and DMAIC.
- Ability to lead meetings, present findings, and influence stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
- Skilled in managing multiple initiatives, tracking progress, and delivering results on time.
