Position Summary

Oversees the company's quality and after-sales activities for the Plant in Cavenago di Brianza

Main Responsabilities

He/she is responsible for customer service activities that do not involve specialist technical intervention directly at the customer, as a Customer quality engineer.

He/she is responsible for the telephone service both for complaints, in order to provide answers and support to individual cases, and for assistance to customers who come to the company for clarification on the methods of operation and use of company products.

He/She manages the return activities, informing the interested bodies and collaborating in the solution of problems relating to the product.

He/She collaborates with the rest of the functions for the execution of assistance, maintenance and installation activities of company products at customers. He can collaborate in customer training activities.

He/She intervenes in the management of guarantees and after sales service.

Job Position Requirements

Education: University master degree in Mechanical Mechatronics

Professional Background:

Experience in the role of at least 5 years
 Good basic knowledge of the hydraulics of company products
 Technical diploma or electronic mechanical mechatronics degree or equivalent culture
 Knowledge of technical drawing
 Use of 2D and 3D cad systems
 Knowledge of the company product and of workflows / production methods
 Knowledge of plant engineering
