Job Purpose
To be considered for this position, you must have successfully completed the apprenticeship program from an accredited academic institution and pass all qualification exams and obtain certification and registration as a millwright journeyperson.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Qualifications:
- Registration as a millwright journeyperson (433A) with the Ontario College of Trades.
- Experience with power presses, pneumatics and hydraulics in a manufacturing setting.
- PLC programming an asset.
- Experience in a fast paced, automotive setting an asset.
- Excellent organizational skills, with attention to detail.
- Able to work effectively under deadlines and balance multiple priorities.
- Must possess good critical thinking, troubleshooting and analytical skills.
