Job Duties and Responsibilities:
As a CQA Engineer, you will listen to the Voice of the Customer (VOC), manage the related KPIs and be responsible for evaluating, monitoring and optimizing process and product quality.
- Continuous alignment with Customers (OEM) on Claim management
- Coordination of Customer Audits
- Analysis & Coordination of return material from OEMs
- Coordination of containment actions driven by OEM claims
- Coordination of definition, implementation & documentation of Corrective actions (8D & 5Why & Ishikawa
- Continuous alignment with co-departments (internal & external departments)
- Maintain and develop a reporting system on customer claim management
- Supervise and control new OEM projects from quality planning perspective (APQP & PPAP)
Expectations:
- Fluent English and Dutch
- Advanced knowledge of basic software (outlook, office) à Power BI is a Plus
- Analytical & systematic way of thinking
- Good communication & stress management
- Proactive, precise & autonomous
- Deep knowledge of core quality tools (PFMEA, APQP, CP, 8D, PPAP)
