As an active member of the Product Testing, Validation and Verification team, you will work with the Product Development, Validation and Go-to-market teams. You will participate in the definition, execution and implementation of test strategies for our electric propulsion systems for the electric vehicles of tomorrow.
 

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Your mandate: revolutionize the world of transportation, while:
•    Being responsible for coordinating, monitoring, and reporting on the progress of a product validation to meet the customers’ schedule
•    Participating in the definition of a product test strategy
•    Taking part in product impact and legacy analysis following the implementation of changes
•    Supporting the lab scheduler to maximize lab efficiency
•    Ensuring delivery of inputs required for validation
•    Maintaining and updating DVP&R (Design Validation Plan & Reports)
•    Participating in the improvement of the laboratory performance processes and tools
•    Any other related tasks

You will be successful in this role if you have:
•    Bachelor’s degree in electrical and/or electronic engineering
•    Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
•    Strong leadership skills
•    Rigorous and respectful of deadlines
•    Ability to document your work
•    Experience in project management
•    Experience in product validation (asset)
•    Knowledge of the “V” Validation process (asset)
•    Knowledge of programming language (asset)
•    OIQ member (asset)
•    Curious and autonomous
•    Bilingualism, French and English
