Quality intern

Job Purpose

Main Responsibilities:

•    Participate in internal audits (preparation, support, follow-up on corrective actions).
•    Help create and update quality documentation (Control Plans, Risk Analyses, etc.).
•    Monitor non-conformities and participate in root cause analysis (5 Whys, Ishikawa, 8D methods).
•    Perform quality checks on products or processes according to control plans.
•    Contribute to the implementation or improvement of quality indicators.
•    Take part in continuous improvement projects (5S, Kaizen, FMEA, etc.).
•    Collaborate with production, maintenance, and logistics teams to ensure process compliance.
•    Comfortable working with various databases, platforms, digital tools, and quality management systems (QMS).

Required Skills and Knowledge:

•    Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and ideally IATF 16949.
•    Proficiency in basic quality tools (PDCA, 5 Whys, FMEA, Ishikawa diagram).
•    Ability to read technical drawings and understand specifications.
•    Strong communication and teamwork skills.
•    Proficient in office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI, Artificial Intelligence, Jira, Confluence, etc.)________________________________________
