HR Generalist

Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field (preferred)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR Generalist role
- Bilingual spoken and written - French and English (English is required to communicate with colleagues in the United States, as well as at the Global level)
- Strong understanding of Quebec labour law and compliance regulations
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HRIS systems (an asset)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
