Engineering Co-Op/Intern/Trainee

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Your mandate: revolutionize the world of transportation, while : 

- Programming mission-critical embedded systems for engine control, vehicles and power generation;
- Integrating and debugging control algorithms, servo-controls and simulations;
- Analyzing schematic and practical electrical/electronic circuits;
- Performing design validation and verification on our products;
- Documenting work;
- Participating in design reviews;
- All other related tasks.

You will be successful in this role if you have :

- Student in electrical engineering, computer science or equivalent
- Experience in C, C++ programming
- Experience with software development tools ( GIT, Azure DevOps, Enterprise Architect (UML), JIRA, etc.)
- Experience with 32-bit microcontrollers (Infineon, TI, ARM, etc.) 
- Experience with tools such as JTAG debugger and Oscilloscope.   
- Experience with Matlab/Simulink (an asset)
- Proactive and autonomous
- Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams 
- Demonstrated ability to document work 
- Fluency in spoken and written French and English.
