Position Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and strategic-thinking Senior Sales Finance Analyst in Arco (TN).

 

The Senior Sales Finance Analyst will support leadership and sales team with data-driven insights, reporting, and process improvements. The resource would be part of the Sales Finance, Marketing and Communications team and will play a key part in sales performance optimization, CRM maintenance, data integrity, and strategic decision-making support.

• Sales process model optimization and CRM adoption improvement

Main Responsibilities

Pricing

• Update on Commodity & Energy Recovery adjustments

• Extend pricing forecasts best practice to all plants

• Support sales teams in discount impact analysis and propose recovery scenarios

 

Account Receivables

• Consolidate end-of-month risk exposure and past due (Top Delinquent Customers)

 

Customer Profitability (in collaboration with Data Analyst and Finance)

• Ensure data quality and consistency (margins, volumes, costs)

• Detect gaps or anomalies

• Provide interactive dashboards for KPIs by plant, product, customer, segment, region

• Analyze profitability trends and identify improvement areas

 

Aftermarket Sales Finance

• Planning & Budgeting: Define sales targets, analyze volumes/margins, run forecasts and what-if simulations

• Pricing & Profitability: Analyze profitability by customer/product, support pricing decisions, monitor campaign impact

• Control & Reporting: Define KPIs, channel reporting (OES, IAM), track objectives

• Business Cases & Investments: Evaluate new initiatives, make-or-buy analysis, sourcing alternative

Job Position Requirements

 

Professional background

• 5-years experience in a related field (sales operations, finance, customer service)

• Strong willingness to learn

 

Hard skills

Essential:

• MS Excel advanced

• MS Outlook

• English fluent
